SVP, GROUP ACCOUNT DIRECTOR

YOU ARE THE TONE-SETTER Deftly managing multiple clients and teams, no matter how large or unwieldy. You have a versatile and sharp focus that provides each team and every client the sense that they are your one and only. Without discounting details, you never lose sight of the big picture. And you clearly communicate those visions to ensure that your clients and teams maintain a full perspective while addressing the minutia.

You act as your senior clients’ right hand, calling upon your wealth of experience to provide on-the-spot insights and solutions. You think analytically, and you’ve dreamt in PowerPoint often enough to prove it. But you also have a mind for the disruptive—you’re motivated by the unconventional, and you generate excitement and faith from your clients that it can be done. You are a leader within the organization and across departments, and you position your teams for success, address issues in real-time, and all emerge stronger as a result. And your focus on retention and growth for both talent and clients is rewarded with loyalty and outstanding creative and strategic deliverables.
