Title: QA Analyst
Company/Location: Patients & Purpose /NYC
Ensure QA project work is completed–on time and within budget
Develop test cases, test plans, and issues reports
Perform detailed cross-browser/cross-device testing, browser-based testing, mobile testing
Work with project managers, information architects, designers, and developers throughout project life cycle
Discuss client requirements and scheduling with production and account teams to ensure the timely, accurate, and effective completion of project deliverables. This includes providing accurate estimates for deliverable QA work scope
Be experienced with various quality assurance reporting and tracking software
As necessary, recommend QA processes and/or techniques as well as define policies to improve department, and agency efficiency
Maintain a leading edge understanding of QA as related to interactive technologies best practices and possibilities
Qualifications and Experience:
3-4 years’ experience with tools, concepts and methodologies of quality management.
Experience with JIRA and other related Bug Tracking software
Must have experience on cross-browser/cross-device and mobile testing.
2+ year’s prior ad agency QA experience as related to front-end web development and internet advertising.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and capable of identifying and resolving issues.
