Group Product Specialist (Cline, Davis & Mann LLC; New York, NY)
Assist in supporting projects (strategic or digital campaigns). Develop and maintain Annual Statement of Work ("SOW"), reporting of all brand-level finances and burn reports. Collaborate with account and finance teams to prevent overages and write-offs. Prepare annual and monthly brand resource forecast reporting. Support internal brand teams on customization of process, if needed (integration of client processes with CDM process). Interact with client marketing and IT teams, attending client meetings as needed and ensuring timely preparation and follow up for client meetings. Assist in developing executable project plans including all key milestones and estimates (internally and externally). Support new business pitch process in partnership with assigned Client Service Directors in terms of SOW and staff plan creation and/or execution strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional partners across various groups (for example, other Omnicom Health Group agencies, third party vendors) to deliver client satisfaction. Escalate key project-related issues to supervisors and senior account and creative teams within the agency.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree or U.S. equivalent in Medical Sciences, Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Corporate Communications or related field, plus 2 years of professional experience at a pharmaceutical advertising agency working on digital or strategic campaigns performing project management (including: Communications (written, verbal and presentations), Scope management; Scheduling /deliverables; Resource / team management (using COGNOS, JIRA and FLOAT); Quality control (including quality assurance process, user acceptance testing ("UAT") and quality controls process and documentation); and Budget and cost management. Must also have the following: 1 year of professional experience with various interactive channels (including responsive websites, mobile, banners, iPad applications and e-mails); 1 year of professional experience working with external or client IT development teams; 1 year of professional experience performing annual brand and tactical planning; 1 year of professional experience employing System Development Life Cycle ("SDLC"), (5 Ds) and/or agency workflow.
