    Position Overview: Reporting to the Managing Director acts as the agency representative in the industry.   Develops and executes strategies to build and maintain client accounts, while supervising/overseeing current account day-to-day business.

    Bilingual (French and English) is recommended or a plus

    Project direction, which includes:

    ·       Attending Client briefings and reviewing agency briefing document

    ·       Acting as creative teams resource/sounding board/sanity check for creative strategy/concept development

    ·       Reviewing first concepts and supporting the account executive in ensuring strategic goals are maintained in regulatory & PAAB discussions throughout the course of the project

    ·       Present/Sell Creative Strategy/Concepts to Client

    Build and maintain strong working relationship with assigned clients, client prospects, to help foster work relationship beyond just marketing.

    Lead brand strategy, which includes:

    ·       Maintaining competitive knowledge of brands: data, PM etc, including updating the brand ambassador compendium.

    ·       Developing and maintaining a high level of industry and brand knowledge to support key role of strategic partner for current clients and focus on continued organic growth including in-depth knowledge of clinical data and competitive landscape

    ·       Maintain global relations and knowledge of developments with partner agencies

    ·       Maintain high level of PAAB/ASC/Digital/Social Media and its application

    ·       Build and execute new business strategies to expand client business, and develop new accounts

    ·       Proactively build and develop new business strategies for current clients

    ·       Develop and sell brand strategies to address market issues and opportunities

    ·       Engage account planning to support long-term brand strategy and business planning

    ·       Attend key market research and review latest clinical research data to provide client insights and drive action based on results

    Financial management, which includes:

    ·       Reviewing job financial reports, such as profitability and forecasting reports, and intervening as necessary

    ·       Developing and maintaining yearly sales forecasts for current and planned new business

    ·       Working with other account directors to assess forecasts and enact strategies as needed to ensure we meet our forecasted numbers
