    Position: Director of Engagement Strategy 

     

    Job Description: 

     

    The Director of Engagement Strategy is a key position within the BioPharm multichannel strategy team. This role is responsible for development of the strategy and tactical approach for multi-channel marketing campaigns for top pharmaceutical companies and brands.

     

    Core responsiblities are to develop and support the delivery of multichannel campaign proposals and plans to prospective clients, and work with the internal BioPharm content and operations teams to support the execution of established client campaigns. The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively with the BioPharm teams and comfortable presenting the multichannel campaign recommendations to clients. Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and proactive follow-up are essential skills for this candidate. The position is based at BioPharm’s corporate headquarters in New Hope, PA.  

     

    Key Responsibilites: 

     

    1) Develop proposals used to present multichannel campaign plans to potential and existing BioPharm clients in collaboration with the Business Development team including:

    • Securing required materials and resources for development of client proposals,
    • Developing draft proposals, and
    • Finalizing proposals for presentation to clients

    2) Utilize BioPharm proprietary planning models, internal, and external resources to:

    • Develop campaign targeting using client and market data
    • Create the multichannel strategic approach aligned to brand objectives and strategy
    • Determine campaign channels, tactics, timing, and budgets

    3) Present proposals to clients together with the Business Development team

    4) Work with the content, client management, CRM, and operations teams to ensure seamless and excellent execution of proposed campaigns

     

    Key Requirements: 

    • 7+ years of relevant experience in marketing pharmaceuticals to health care providers (pharmaceutical brand marketing, pharmaceutical multichannel marketing, pharmaceutical advertising agency, pharmaceutical media).
    • University degree with relevant major (Marketing, Business, Communications, etc.)
    • Demonstrate strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
    • Demonstrate very strong communication skills both in-person as well as via phone/E-mail
    • Ability to manage a large quantity of projects concurrently without dropping the ball
    • Collaborative approach to working with both internal and external teams
    • Confident, polished demeanor; experience with presenting information to external parties
    • Ability to thrive both independently and with teams, a true self-starter
