    • Independently manage small-budget brand campaigns including basic execution, revisions, client requests and development of media plans
    • Assist planning teams with high level department projects and client requests
    • Meet with supplier-partners to stay on top of new opportunities and provide POVs as needed
    • Continue to enhance brand knowledge by maintaining a solid understanding of brand competitive information, specialty research, consumption data, etc. and be able to apply key learning’s to media plan rationale
    • Work with coordinators and buying teams to ensure 100% accuracy across essential planning documents (insertion orders, contracts/position letters, purchase orders, financial documents, etc.) and assist with updates as needed
    • Fully understand all campaign components including all details on the schedule flowchart (channels, tactics, rationale), brand objectives and strategies, budget information, brand competitors, creative assets, vendor partners, client and agency contacts, timing documents (closing dates, etc)
    • Implement media buying placements & maintain budget; update costs as necessary
    • Act as brand liaison across: Buying, Planning, Operations and Analytics
    • Ensure that ads ran properly through an internal logging tool and provide clients with screenshot decks as proof of performance
    • Be vocal, present ideas and communicate brand knowledge at appropriate team meetings
    • Attend SSCG University courses in an effort to continuously grow professionally and bring additional value to teams
    • Assist in training new coordinators

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 1-2 years of media experience
    • Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
    • Able to multi-task with a high attention to detail
    • Outgoing individual who portrays enthusiasm while learning and working with others
    • Proactive individual who is a self-starter and able to act independently
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Ability to think ahead and grasp big picture
    • Strong mathematical skills with a willingness and enthusiasm to work with numbers on a daily basis
    • Adaptable to change
    • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
