    Create UX Mapping and core documents that describe the user experience including the Informational Architecture (IA), wireframes, functional specs, user flows, personas, use cases, and any other relevant documents to describe the ideal user-experience that will lead our audiences to fulfill the desired objectives. Maintain creative partnerships by collaborating with creative teams (art directors, copywriters, creative technologists) to ensure User Experience (UX) best practices are pulled through into our final creative product. Implement partnerships and collaborate with project management, account, and data analysts to ensure key product indicators and project scope are atoned for in UX documentation in addition to pull through of UX vision into all aspects of implementation. Use strong communication skills (oral and written) to develop client partnerships by collaborating with clients by clearly and intuitively explaining UX recommendations and the rationale driving each recommendation. Craft a narrative of the UX process so that complex ideas are easily understood and embraced by client teams. Manage personal workload and a team of UX Architects, while working across various accounts and brands which includes maintaining strategic focus and relevance across such a portfolio.

                                                              

    Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree or U.S. equivalent in Engineering, Management, Computer Engineering, Computers and Information Technology, Engineering Management, or a related field. Must have 2 years of experience working as a senior level QA Analyst, analytics professional, digital strategist, art director, or copywriter and working with digital products and user-experience architecture. Must also have the following: Any professional experience assembling core framework documentation by applying information architecture concepts and utilizing wire framing tools (including Visio or OmniGraffle). Any professional experience creating demonstration products for clients by utilizing prototyping tools (such as Marvel). Any professional experience coordinating with coders, creative teams and clients using technical terms (including technology or biotechnology terms) to develop applications, databases. Any professional experience identifying UX goals with clients, coders, and marketing teams to ensure the finished product creates the ideal user-experience.
