    Responsibilities:

    • Welcomes visitors by greeting them professionally and always with a smile
    • Manages conference room scheduling, tracking all client and internal activities occurring at the agency
    • High-volume phone both internal and external
    • Coordinates and orders all team lunches
    • Compiles companywide Out of the Office (OOTO) documentation and communicates it to the agency on a weekly basis
    • Submits expense reports and secures all travel arrangements for multiple SVPs
    • Assists with client and internal meeting preparation, as needed
    • Contributes to new hire process and agency announcements of new hires
    • Coordinates with Security and Facilities to ensure a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment
    • Keeps receptionist responsibilities manual as well as templates up to date
    • Other special projects as requested by Senior Leadership or Human Resources

     Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree required, recent grads preferred
    • A customer service focused attitude
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with people at all levels
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
    • Excellent writing skills with the ability to adjust tone to meet the audience
