Vice President, Associate Director, Business Development

If you are an experienced professional pharmaceutical account person who has led New Business efforts, we want to speak to you. Our Business Development group is a dedicated team of professionals who work across agency business units to guide and facilitate hand selected pitch teams to build winning presentations…check out our win rates! In fact, we’re doing so well, we need to add to our team.
Maintaining a positive and supportive role is critical and it is important that you are able to move the process forward by achieving deadlines, which, at times, may seem almost impossible. You will continuously be learning and will be exposed to many new therapeutic areas. You are process driven, detailed and highly organized, and will be able to drive an RFP from inception to completion.
A bachelor’s degree
7+ years of medical marketing or pharmaceutical agency experience required
Strong facilitation skills; the ability to own multiple projects
Proven experience solving a variety of marketing problems
Follow through and attention to detail with broad market knowledge (not only therapeutic expertise)
Must have strong writing skills and be a strategic thinker
The ability to form trusted relationships ad collaborate with all disciples that impact the pitch team
Must have solid experience as part of a new business or pitch team, with exposure to RFP’s
