    Title: Vice President, Digital Services

     

    Location: Omnicom Health Group, New York

     

    Overview: Lead the Omnicom Health Group Development Center and manage the work and relationship with our global locations. The Development center consists of a team of skilled FrontEnd/BackEnd developers and technical leaders across multiple locations, in the delivery of high quality, scalable, and cost efficient digital assets for healthcare communication programs. Serve 15+ healthcare agencies across US and EU locations. Tailor and manage team process to meet the compliance and regulatory needs of pharma clients.

    This role will be responsible for overseeing the portfolio of digital and multichannel products and projects that the branded content agencies of OHG delivers for all the biggest pharmaceutical clients in the world. This role will build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with agency clients. This role will form and lead strong internal teams to deliver brilliant work-product and positive client business results.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the digital development and delivery of multi-channel including social, display, websites, apps, CMS, email, banner, VR/AR, and communications projects from brief through to delivery.
    • Develops annual SOW’s / staffing plans and monitors resource utilization and profitability for the OHG agencies
    • Enhances the professional development and growth of team members.
    • Communicate with the creative, content, social, research teams and most regularly, the Agency Presidents/Operations leaders

     

    Experience:

    • 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles in digital operations or development.
    • Agency technical leader role and/or digital strategy role.
    • Production management and resource allocation management.
    • The Digital Operations leader should have digital/agency/production background and can support the creative healthcare agencies at OHG.
    • Financial awareness and budget management experience are essential as ability to maintain a 90%+ billable team with profit margins >50%.
