    • Learn the art and strategy of medical communication and marketing/advertising
    • Work closely with medical directors on a variety of projects across many therapeutic categories
    • Conduct in-depth research using scientific publications and clinical trials
    • Translate complex scientific concepts and data for non-medical colleagues
    • Stay up-to-date on ground-breaking scientific developments and their medical implications
    • Identify national and global expert physicians in specific fields and summarize the interviews for the team
    • Conduct interviews with expert physicians
    • Research convention programs and create schedule of relevant symposia/sessions
    • Attend scientific and clinical meetings to obtain competitive intelligence and report findings to the team
    • Locate scientific articles and synthesize data and information
    • Participate and present in journal clubs
    • Collaborate with copywriters to create and cite accurate documents
    • Create reference tables and binders
    • Interface with clients


    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Preferred MD, PharmD, PhD or other advanced science degree
    • Effective communication skills
    • Ability to build strong relationships with Client and Agency team members
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Excellent writing skills
    • Computer proficient; including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
