    Job Description

     

    The CRM Manager is a key position within the BioPharm program operations team. This role is responsible for spearheading all tasks related to the hands-on campaign execution and tactical management for top pharmaceutical client multi-channel marketing campaigns. This includes being an integral team member in campaign development, leading the deployment process, the ongoing measurement strategy and reporting, along with the ability to utilize available resources to implement program optimizations and communicate as needed.  The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a client-facing role, as establishing and maintaining a customer-focused attitude towards the day-to-responsibilities will contribute to client satisfaction and retention. The candidate will also manage and prioritize numerous program deliverables, while maintaining critical relationships cross functionally, both internally and externally.  Attention to detail and proactive follow-up are essential skills for success in this role.

     

    Job Responsibilities

    • Manage client program deployment and reporting from approval to program end; monitor programs throughout deployment to identify optimization and improvement opportunities
    • Leads day-to-day client and vendor communications as they relate to CRM
    • Work closely with client engagement team to understand content development and deployment timing
    • Actively participates in campaign planning to provide insights and recommendations for upcoming deployments based on engagement strategy
    • Provide input on creative elements to improve campaign engagement rates
    • Target list management from procurement to execution
    • Database management and organization for deployment, focusing on Salesforce Marketing Cloud
    • Coordination of all channel activities based on client scope
    • Create campaign schedules based on approvals, key dates, and channel best practices
    • Partnership with graphics team on final asset coordination and proofing for deployment
    • Understand client data requirements and reporting needs; ensuring fulfillment of data requirements throughout programs
    • Perform regular testing and optimization activities to improve client program KPIs
    • Report program metrics on a regular basis, along with data analysis to identify areas of opportunity throughout deployment
    • Form critical relationships with client and agency partners to achieve program goals
    • Support business development team during sales process by sharing program insights and knowledge
    • Track team and individual accountability goals to ensure continual improvement in client program performance

    Skills & Qualifications

    • 3-5 years of relevant experience in program and/or marketing management
    • Healthcare and/or pharmaceutical experience a plus but not required
    • Experience working with data and/or list management
    • University degree with relevant major (Marketing, Business, Communications, etc.)
    • Demonstrate strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
    • Demonstrate very strong communication skills both in-person as well as via phone/E-mail
    • Confident, polished demeanor; experience with presenting information to external parties
    • Meticulous, detail-oriented nature; high level of organization and schedule/time management
    • Ability to manage a large quantity of projects concurrently without dropping the ball
    • Passion to work in a fast-paced, data-driven team environment
    • Curiosity to ask questions and learn more through data-driven analyses
