    Responsibilities. You’ll be part of the Medical and Strategy team that keeps the entire agency up to date and well-versed in the science behind our brands. You’ll be the medical brand guru who becomes intimately knowledgeable with the therapeutic areas in which you work, the data that support a client’s product, relevant clinical issues, and the relative positioning and support of competitors.


    Your day will vary from helping the Copy team to find data to support ongoing projects, to building PowerPoint decks providing an overview of an emerging drug and the disease it treats, to collaborating with a broader team to brainstorm how to message about new clinical trial results, to creating comparative data grids. You’ll report in to the Senior Medical Director, yet have responsibility for your own brands. Each day and each assignment will bring a different challenge and opportunity to learn. You’ll constantly be exposed to new therapeutic agents, different types of projects, and different team members. 


     


    QUALIFICATIONS:



    • Advanced degree. PhD/PharmD/MD with first-hand research or clinical practice experience (oncology-related experience preferred)

    • Team player. Willingness to work within a multidisciplinary team

    • Agile learner. Able to grasp the essence of a new brand/category rapidly, and select relevant information to share with the team

    • Clear and simple voice. Strong written and spoken communication skills to ensure high-science concepts are presented clearly and in an appropriate manner for the chosen audience

    • Strategic thinker. Able to make independent decisions with input about what topics are relevant to the team and what are not core to the scientific story

    • 0-2 years professional work experience

    • Some travel and overtime is required
