    HSC is looking for a talented Editor to join their team. Come join our team of medical, marketing, creative, and digital experts as we continue to catalyze the science, meaningfully engage with our audiences, and strategically partner with some of the most exciting companies in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and device industries.



    • Copy editing and proofing of assigned materials/projects through layout and blue lines.


    • First round editing of meeting materials.
    • Second round editing of manuscripts, slide kits and other deliverables.
    • Informs editorial director and/or senior editors of significant editorial issues on assigned materials.
    • Maintains ongoing dialogue with medical and program directors to ensure materials are edited according to client and/or HSC specifications.
    • Monitors and adapts to changes in AMA style.
    • Evaluates and contributes to the development of HSC style.
    • Editors interact with program services, scientific services, operations, creative department, desktop, production, word processing, traffic, and freelance editors.
    • Editors report to editorial director.
