As a Medical Director, it is essential that you have a commanding knowledge in any one or more of the following therapeutic areas: diabetes/metabolic disease, immunology, oncology (across several cancer types), infectious disease, cardiovascular disease, neurology, internal medicine (including pulmonology, nephrology, and rheumatology). You will also be responsible for continual innovation and process development, in collaboration with the VP/SVP, Medical and Scientific Services. You will lead strategy development and implementation to build capabilities within the Scientific and Medical Services group to grow our service offerings. You are accountable for the scientific content from your team. You will attend and lead advisory and/or tactical planning meetings, strategic planning sessions, and serve as scientific expert in any of your therapeutic area(s) of expertise.
