    The Junior Account Manager works as the "right hand" to the Account team members, offering direct project support. In this role, you will learn how to establish relationships with clients, coordinate schedules, assemble materials, participate in client meetings, and gain insight into the pharmaceutical industry. You will also learn the inner workings of collaboration with our teams, including Scientific Services, Creative, Traffic, and Finance. With opportunities in our Corporate Office located in midtown New York City, our Junior Account Manager position will give you the tools you need to excel and grow in all of these categories!


    What You Will Do:

    • Work closely with the Account Director on account (live events/meetings, promotional programs, enduringmaterials, etc.)
    • Coordinate the development and production of medical education tactics
    • Manage the development and production of assigned tactics
    • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and traffic various project elements
    • Responsible for updating regularly scheduled client status reports, tracking budgets and managingtimelines
    • Maximize exposure and refine experience in implementing a variety of medical education tactics
    • Develop client service skills and brand/account management skills
    • Responsible for legal and regulatory submission of documents

    Requirements:

    • Highly organized, ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
    • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; some database knowledge a plus

    Education:

    • This is an entry level position.
    • Undergrad/Advanced Degree in public health, life science, liberal arts, marketing or communications.Interest in medical science and interest in pharmaceutical marketing a plus.
