This Administrative Coordiantor role is ideal for learning and growing within healthcare advertising, gaining exposure to all levels of management. This position has potential to lead to a successful career path within OHG in departments like Account Management, Project Management, Art or Copy.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Manages conference room scheduling, tracking all client and internal activities occurring at the agency
    • High-volume phone both internal and external
    • Submits expense reports and secures all travel arrangements as needed
    • Assists with client and internal meeting preparation, catering needs, and conference room scheduling
    • Maintains relationships with key catering vendor
    • Other special projects as requested by Senior Leadership or Human Resources
    • Booking travel for teams 
    • Assist with company event planning 

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree required, recent grads preferred
    • A customer service focused attitude
    • Customer service oriented 
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with people at all levels
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
    • Excellent writing skills with the ability to adjust tone to meet the audience
    • Proficiency in the following programs: Outlook, Excel, Word, Keynote.
