    Job Description

    The Account Executive (AE) will act as an internal and client facing day-to-day contact for all account services activity. The AE will support senior account team members in executing creative work, building effective client relationships, and managing the critical components of successful project management. They are responsible for supporting all content development and program implementation efforts of the organization with its pharmaceutical clients. 


    The position is based at BioPharm’s corporate headquarters in New Hope, PA.


    Implementation Support:

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail oriented, very hands-on organization
    • Working with your manager, you will maintain a shared responsibility for the quality and integrity of all agency products delivered to assigned clients; resulting in the cultivation of client loyalty and retention
    • Serve as a client’s day-to-day liaison, working closely with the client and the client’s internal teams (review teams, marketing coordinators, etc) to launch programs into market
    • Engages clients on a regular basis to manage expectations regarding timing and deployment
    • Provide on-going support to client’s and their initiatives including:
      • Representing the agency on copy-review meetings
      • Effectively driving project timelines and deliverables across a multidisciplinary team
      • Ensuring proper communication on all project plans, project plans are up-to-date, and teammates are aware of next steps (daily/weekly planning across projects)

    Account/Client Support:

    • Supports the CED in ownership and maintenance of client accounts
    • Understand clients' business needs and effectively manage programs to ensure business objectives are being met (timing, targeting, etc.)
    • Build trust, credibility, drive client referrals, and retention
    • Manage client programs through the project lifecycle (from sale to deployment)
    • Assist in the coordination of outside contractors and partners
    • Develop and execute effective and efficient multi-channel programs
    • Interact with cross functional brand team members to ensure regular and accurate information exchange


    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelors Degree
    • 2-4 years of experience in an advertising agency is a requirement
    • Healthcare/Pharma HCP experience is preferred
    • Excellent/professional written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to collaborate and manage a large quantity of projects on an ongoing basis
    • Strong customer service and management skills
    • Strong time management and project management skills
    • Collaborative, yet able to work independently when needed
    • Attention to detail
    • Must have ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneously
    • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
