    Overview: Project Coordinators play a crucial role in the success of their teams.  They provide support for assigned jobs across different clients/brands to ensure process is followed and projects are completed on time and on budget. 



    • Understand agency process and manage projects with supervision  
    • Anticipate team concerns and resolve them to maintain efficient workflow 
    • Monitor timelines and pull weekly finance reports 
    • Generate and maintain quarterly financial forecasting for all brands with supervision of senior level PM 
    • Collaborate with account team and senior PM to provide creative solutions to timing and budget constraints 
    • Create internal contact reports 
    • Update weekly internal status reports and lead weekly internal meetings 
    • Set up internal meetings 
    • Recognize when supervisory guidance is needed 
    • Expert in brand-specific Medical/Legal/Regulatory (MLR) systems 
    • Work directly with IA, QA, and development groups 
    • Knowledge of Pharmaceutical terminology 
    • Maintain relationships with outside vendors 
    • Prepare/submit all MLR submissions including coordination with appropriate Client contact

    • College degree, preferably in marketing, advertising, communications, or science/medicine  
    • Demonstrates advanced listening and multitasking skills  
    • Effective and professional communication, with both internal and external team members 
    • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills 
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) 
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 
    • Ability to handle multiple projects at one time 
    • Team-oriented 
    • Self-motivated
