Leadership
- Recognized leader and senior ambassador for the department and agency
- Responsible for vision of Account Planning department and rallying team around it
- Takes responsibility for Account Planning team development, provides mentorship, benchmarks and advice, specifically focusing on strategic communication skills
- Develops and expands the department’s ability to present itself in a focused and compelling way

Strategic Stewardship
- Anticipates strategic issues for brands and proactively drives strategic solutions for clients
- Confidently leads a room and guides strategic decision-making

Insight-Driven
- Recommends new and innovative ways to uncover knowledge, insights and ideas

Qualifications
- 10 + years of experience in a strategic healthcare agency role (Ideally account planning or strategic planning)
- Candidates must have BA/BS, preferably a MA in social sciences or a MBA
- Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative market research
- Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to effectively and dynamically interact with all levels of staff and clients
- Must be able to present yourself, the agency, and your recommendations in an articulate, dynamic, and professional manner.
- Leadership skills including the ability to motivate and develop talent
