Overview of Job Function: The Digital Marketing Specialist ensures that MMG leverages cutting-edge technologies in search engine marketing (SEM) strategies; search engine optimization (SEO) marketing; advocacy outreach; social media; and community outreach initiatives to drive traffic to specific studies on behalf of the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) on-site at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland.

The standard office equipment for this position is a desk- or laptop computer; printer; copier; facsimile machine; file cabinet; and mobile and landline telephone.
Physical Demands: The Digital Marketing Specialist performs the essential functions of this position in a sedentary manner—sitting. This role requires heavy computer use that involves eye and hand coordination, and repetitive finger movement. The employee may frequently stand, walk, and use hand and arm movement for reaching and retrieving objects. Infrequent light lifting – less than 20 pounds.
