  • Co-lead a new agency team with focus on healthcare market access
  • Contribute to the strategic evolution of brand in partnership with client
  • Requires strong strategic skills and ability to work across multiple agency partners and a general understanding of the healthcare payer
  • Manage full account team. Be seen as a resource. Manage without micromanaging
  • Ensure all tactical recommendations are in line with market strategy
  • Have full category and brand knowledge. Be able to impart the knowledge to junior account team members
  • Own brand objectives and strategies. Apply these strategies to the creative and tactical work as it applies to the payer influencers
  • Master the entire financial process—from estimating to billing, to reconciliation, to SOW, and staffing plan
  • Work effectively with all departments in order to facilitate project completion
  • Display leadership qualities both internally and externally.
  • Participate in new business pitches as a valued member of the leadership team


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Significant background in pharmaceutical advertising account management and/or working product management, preferably 5 years of healthcare experience
  • Payer market/marketing experience is highly desirable
  • Energetic team player with strong managerial and leadership skills
  • Have a strong desire to drive strategic development, lead a collaborative team, and immerse yourself in a variety of new assignments related to market access
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability to supervise, train, and mentor team members
