YOU ARE THE CRAFTSPERSON 

You appreciate great ideas, but you’re really moved by results. Translating the intangible into reality is the work you find most satisfying. You’re highly skilled with digital tools, and you’re intensely familiar with the path from concept art to mechanical file.

You work closely with creative teams to ensure tactics are delivered in alignment with brand standards and work exceeds client expectations. You provide creativity coupled with attention to detail, because you know that the difference between excellent execution and a missed deadline can come down to a single overlooked markup. You thrive on collaboration, and you’re always happy to share your experience with members of the studio team to ensure the department functions at its very best.

YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO:

  • Drive Expertise (25%)
    • Organize your time with flexibility, efficiency and versatility
    • Develop your knowledge of a specific work area (Sketch, mechanicals, modular content, etc.)
    • Share your knowledge and thoughts with team to meet deadlines without compromising the quality of work

    • Troubleshoot technical issues

  • Problem Solver (35%)
    • Brainstorm solutions to timeline and execution problems
    • Thrive in a fast-paced work environment and be deadline driven
    • Master the brand requirements
    • Communicate with the PM and production team to solve project related issues (eg adjusting spec sheets or altering dieline
  • Execute Flawlessly (40%)
    • Complete multiple rounds of revisions to files based on input from the Creative, Project Management, and Account teams. Take direction and independently follow through on production tasks
    • Demonstrate skill set with multichannel media projects (ie, digital and print)
    • Build digital assets as per project specs (eg banner ads, email templates)
    • Create production-ready mechanical files for final print production releases
    • Deliver flawless files using FTP and file transfer applications
    • Develop and achieve new digital skills through internal OHG course work
    • Demonstrate excellent hand over communication in the event projects need to be continued by a teammate

YOU WILL EXCEL BY

  • Becoming a strong advocate for the departmental workflow
  • Becoming an SME on multiple studio procedure
  • Setting a positive tone for the studio and cross functional teaml demonstrating that your team sees you as a positive force for change
  • Attending kick-off meetings and voicing studio concerns if needed (about timelines, etc.)
  • Working independently 
  • Managing projects in the studio from start to finish 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience required
  • 3–5 years of studio/electronic production experience within the health care and pharma advertising industry across multichannel media projects
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe CC, working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and other relevant tools
  • Master of multitasking, and time-management skills
  • Proven problem solver
  • Positive attitude and role model
  • Colle with working hours
