Overview: We are seeking someone who can manage high volumes of data, likes problem solving and finds satisfaction in creating efficient analytics.  In addition to needing keen analytical skills and an incredible eye for details, we need you to collaborate and communicate cross-functionally. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end administrative support of HR Operations team
  • Manage HRIS System maintenance, data entry and reporting requests
  • Navigating multiple data sources/owners to aggregate meaningful information and data insights
  • Create, produce and deliver standard (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and customized HR reports
  • Optimize current and implement new data processes and systems
  • Provide support to HR Operations team in annual projects (bonus letter compilation, employee survey distribution, etc.)
  • Troubleshooting HRIS related issues
  • Respond to HR data requests on an ad-hoc basis by gathering, analyzing, and reporting relevant data from various sources
  • Partner with HR and Technology departments on system upgrades and analyses
  • Point of remediation for error code resolution as it relates to all system integration errors

 

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of HRIS/HR experience
  • Desired characteristics include being a detailed, resourceful, client service focused, friendly quick study 
  • Team-oriented mindset that is comfortable within a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with systems/technology –HRIS, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable and excited by change, able to deal with ambiguity
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, SuccessFactors and ADP Enterprise, GLINT a plus, but not mandatory
  • Strong proficiency in excel and reporting skills
