  • Act as primary day-to-day contact on insights and analytics to Multichannel Media Planners
  • Collaborate with key agency partners including Multichannel Media Planners, Account, Creative, and clients to develop campaign goals and align them with key performance indicators
  • Track campaign performance against key performance indicators, including but not limited to: impressions, clicks, CTR, interaction rate/time and site activity
  • Identify, gather, integrate, and analyze relevant data
  • Compile actionable, timely and user-friendly analytics reports inclusive of insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance
  • Present digital media analytics reports to clients and key agency partners
  • Help to identify gaps in the overall data capture strategy and collaboratively implement enhancements
  • Stay ahead of Analytics industry trends and developments.


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • A minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience analyzing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns
  • Knowledge of and practical experience with ad serving and reporting tools (DoubleClick/DART is a plus)
  • Must be proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Excel skills: Delimit data, merge data, pivot tables, creating formulas within pivot tables, and vlookups
  • Proficient in creating dashboards and custom reports
  • Knowledge of visual techniques for data analysis and presentation
  • Strong analytical ability, critical thinking and proactive problem solving skills
  • Good organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to support multiple brands
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and prioritize accordingly with flawless customer–centric focus
  • Works well under pressure and helps build office morale with positive energy
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be a self-starter, able to work independently and in team environment
  • Exposure to one or more of the following analytics applications (a plus): Omniture, Webtrends, and/or Google Analytics, Appature; Tableau, Hadoop & Merkle
  • Healthcare vertical experience (a plus)
  • Strong understanding of digital media, marketing, and web metrics
  • Experience manipulating multiple data sets and interpreting data trends
  • Experience presenting analytics reports in a clear, effective and dynamic manner to clients and key agency partners
