BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

 

YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO:

  • Lead omnichannel thinking within client innovation sessions
  • Constantly think of the current state of the in-market brand experience and to anticipate what novel digital enablers can deliver against business goals
  • Lead the development, crafting and presentation of innovative, trend-driven ideas, demonstrating how they fit in with a long-term vision for the brand
  • Be front and center with the client, building a strong client relationship and acting as an advisor and partner to create the optimal experience
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience, and expertly gain alignment among agency and client stakeholders

YOU WILL EXCEL BY:

  • Leading complex workstreams fueled by complex data sets/ market

AGENCY LEAD AND MENTORSHIP

 

YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO:

  • Successfully provide ongoing value to internal and external stakeholders by pursuing new relationships within OHG, client organizations/departments, and external companies
  • Identify opportunities for agency evolution, helping grow new capabilities/teams and providing training to ensure expertise and excellence
  • Be a trusted and valued leader…an SME, approachable and collaborative
  • Lead a team of experience strategists across a portfolio of leading healthcare brands

 

YOU WILL EXCEL BY:

  • Building strong client relationships
  • Planning and presenting at Executive Meetings
  • Being an agency evolutionary by contributing future-forward ideas that change the agency processes, areas of expertise, or culture

 

PROACTIVE IDEA CREATION

 

YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO:

 

  • Have an in-depth understanding of the brand’s mission and a perspective on which digital and data trends might move the needle for the brand
  • Have your finger on the pulse of critical industry trends and share your knowledge with passion both internally and externally
  • Actively explore non-health care brand experiences as a showcase for the future
  • Serve as a brand future thinker, an omnichannel visionary

TEAM LEADERSHIP AND OPERATIONS

 

YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO:

  • Compel others to “push boundaries,” at the agency and with the client
  • Partner with senior clients to evolve customer experience practices (process and offerings) and implement organizational change management
  • Partner with senior account, creative, and strategy leads to ensure digital and innovation as a brand enabler is being delivered at all levels
  • Manage and mentor team to foster engagement through learning and development leading to career growth at all levels

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
  • 12+ years of experience
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Confidence and emotional intelligence
  • Strategic thinking skills
  • Brand experience acumen
  • Curiosity & ingenuity
  • Presentation skills
  • Subject matter expertise
