ProEd Regulatory (http://www.proedcom.com/proedregulatory.html) helps life science companies succeed at the most critical moments of the drug approval process – we prepare their teams to make the case for approval of new therapies before expert panels at the FDA. Our team has an unparalleled ability to translate complex data into compelling scientific stories that demonstrate how new therapies can address important medical needs. We collaborate with scientists and senior leaders in the world’s leading pharmaceutical, device and biotechnology companies to craft clear and concise presentations and related materials that resonate with experts and lay people alike.

ProEd Regulatory is seeking an exceptional Presentation Designer/Technician to join our dynamic team. This unique position combines skills in design, networking, audio visual support and client engagement to serve a vital role on our project teams.

The Graphic Designer/Technician runs this system, projecting slides and scripts and controlling what the audiences and the presenters see. In addition, the Graphic Designer/Technician assists in training the client team on the use of this system.
  • Client engagement responsibilities include working collaboratively with scientists and senior leaders from ProEd and the client team to develop and revise presentations in real time during one-on-one meetings and group sessions.
  • Provides PowerPoint slide design and formatting services, including complex statistical graphing, data plotting, formatting of tables from clinical study reports, and illustrative figure rendering
  • Working with the client and ProEd Regulatory scientific directors, will redesign and/or format existing slides, design new slides, and format supporting narrative (script) slides
  • Working with Editorial services, responsible for developing and maintaining the project slide template and style guide
  • Responsible for slide indexing and slide retrieval
  • Also responsible for technical support required for rehearsals and formal presentations
    • Initial equipment setup
    • Participation in the training of client speakers and slide callers on the use of the slide retrieval, preview, and projection system
    • Operating these systems during Q&A sessions, Mock meetings, rehearsals, and final AdCom presentations
