Senior Medical Strategist

 Your ability to find support proactively and apply it to the needs of the brand is impressive. You give teams the confidence to move forward with their ideas and recommendations. You root all efforts in truth and leave little daylight between an idea and supporting data.


Motivation and Growth:


You will be expected to:

  • Gain significant experience in driving disruption by playing meaningful role in workshops and crafting Partner in cross-discipline idea generation to generate convention-departing strategy that sets the brand up for a bold path forward
  • Seek and participate in learning and development efforts that build on and create new skill sets central to strategy and development
  • Collaborate across many teams and geographies





You will be expected to:

  • Monitor the literature and help clients and internal teams stay abreast of new developments in the category
  • Aid in the development of POVs for internal teams and clients around new developments
  • Contribute to ideation by helping find trending topics and monitoring macro-trends in culture


Client Relationships:


You will be expected to:

  • Develop meaningful and productive senior client relationships to ensure that strategic recommendations exceed expectations
    • Lead client facing meetings where appropriate within your discipline
    • Share your expertise to help elevate the science to bolster the brand



Business Development:


You will be expected to:

  • Ensure teams are rapidly immersed in the science behind the opportunities
  • Assist internal teams and business development on identification of experts in the fields associated with the opportunity and provide interpretations of relevant literature


Strategy and Scientific Acumen


You will be expected to:

  • Partner with internal teams to provide guidance and expertise on the science behind the brand and the category
  • Work with clients and teams to ensure the very best data and science are central to our efforts
  • Aid new clients and internal teammates in onboarding of the data and science of the brand




  • Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) with 2 years’ prior work experience
  • Prior experience in an agency environment (working in brand medical education or medical strategy) or  marketing environment (pharma, health/wellness,  biotech, etc)


A foundational skill set defined by:

  • Oratory talent, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to command a room
  • Innate team orientation
  • Problem-solving and influencing
  • Organization and attention to detail
  • Sound judgment and discretion for managing projects
