Associate Business Manager


  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field
    • 2-3 years of job-related experience preferably in business management, financial operations, account management and/or project management in the marketing/advertising space
    • Exceptional skills in Excel – and otherwise proficient in other Microsoft applications including Teams, Word, Powerpoint, and Outlook
    • Critical thinking skills and ability to surmise outcomes based on financial status
    • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
    • Experience using computer systems to complete a variety of tasks.
    • Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
    • Ability to work on tight deadlines.
    • Ability to apply critical thinking to solve problems.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Aligns both internal and client-facing trackers and will confirm all documents are up to date based on data received from timelines, estimates scopes of works, and purchase orders (i.e. Weekly trackers, reports, Dynamics, Decideware, ARMs/AMPs, Helix, Unified Tool) and action-items received from Senior Business Manager
    • Keeps internal and client-facing systems up to date; spot-checks data to ensure accuracy (i.e. Weekly trackers, reports, Dynamics, Decideware, ARMs/AMPs, Helix, Unified Tool) based on guidance/templates provided by Senior Business Manager
    • Create analytical dashboards based on confirmed data to help the teams manage budgets
    • Ensures the schedule, budget and details of a given task are well organized and met
    • Coordinates and clearly communicates steps and needs from various departments to hit deadlines 
    • Responsible for file management of key financial deliverables
    • Updates purchase orders between agencies/vendors and keeps team informed of payment status
    • Prioritizes work based on deadline and priority for client and business\
