You build strong relationships with your clients, help them to embrace this idea and realize the true potential of their brands. You refuse to accept “this is how we’ve always done it” and push instead for “how has it never been done?”  You establish new models and approaches that introduce unexpected solutions to brand challenges. And your leadership gives your team and your clients the confidence to reach outside the familiar.


10% Motivation & Mentorship

  • Create a culture that grows and motivates staff to adopt Disruption and new methodologies uncovered as central to brand efforts
  • Manage and mentor junior strategists to foster engagement through learning and development that leads to career growth


10% Foresight

  • Be a methodological and analytical leader in driving client and agency research through new ways of gaining insight into our brands
  • Contribute to and lead various aspects of Disruption Live by finding trending topics and monitoring macro-trends in culture

15% Business Growth

  • Contribute to organic growth and new business pitch opportunities by crystalizing customer insight and data generation to elevate clinical data
  • Interview target prospects to generate content and story flow from findings
  • Attend organic client and new business pitch presentations and act as an authority within the opportunity


20% Client Relationship

  • Develop meaningful and productive senior client relationships to ensure strategic recommendations exceed expectations
  • Help create and facilitate agency and client ideation sessions. Must be able to employ Disruption and other facilitation session tools


45% Strategy Creation

  • Work with account and creative managers to create brand positioning, Disruption roadmaps, and creative briefs
  • Facilitate efforts at generating insights from a variety of data sources to ensure development of Disruptive creative and

        brand ideas



Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and 7 years’ prior work experience, preferably in an

agency environment (pharmaceutical experiencehighly desired)

  • General computer proficiency
  • Prior internal team and brand strategy experience
  • Willingness to travel 20%-40% of the time, depending on client locations
