Mid-Senior Front End Web Developer

 

Requirements:

  • Front end development with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and related technologies.
  • Test and deployment experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for a variety of projects – Web (WordPress/Drupal), Email, Banners and Veeva digital aids.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers and other internal team members to understand UI/UX requirements and translate them into functional components. Engage with business and project stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on the project.
  • Testing & Optimization: Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure they meet performance, usability, and security standards. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Version Control: Utilize version control systems (e.g., GitHub) to manage code changes and collaborate with other developers.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of development processes, code, and project requirements to ensure transparency and facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • You will collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate design requirements into functional websites, emails and/or banners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related work experience, Web Development, or a related field.
  • 5-7+ years of development experience using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, preferably in the healthcare or medical technology industry.
  • Proficiency with Veeva is a plus.
  • Experience with Figma, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator to export and work with image assets to create functional assets.
  • Google Web Designer for banner development
  • CMS Experience – Experience in CMS preferred: WordPress, Drupal, or similar CMS tools

  • Experience with package management tools such as Node, NPM, BUN, DINO.

  • Email Campaign Tools – Experience using Mailchimp, Litmus or similar email campaign tools

  • Familiarity with responsive design principles and web accessibility standards.
  • Experience working on pharmaceutical projects and knowledge of regulatory requirements for the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of an Omnicom Health Group company in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.

  • $50-70/hr
