We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead multiple projects and clients. With the opportunity to shape strategy for an established but dynamic portfolio. SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER
Mastering day-to-day account management skills, as well as begin developing mentoring and management skill sets.
Client Management and Interaction
Maintains day-to-day contact with the client ensuring proper information Ḁow from client to agency, and agency to client. Responsibilities include developing relationships with client departments, attendance at all client project meetings (including Medical Legal), and the early-stage development of recommendations based on marketing goals and customer insights.
Works independently to support supervisors in the development of presentation materials and assets.
Develops and maintains contact with client’s to ensure that agency is aware of business opportunities and/or significant changes in client’s business structure.
Actively develops presentations to sell recommendations to clients. Concentrates
on organic growth of the business.
Strategic Communication Skills and Tools
Owns Project Brief. Training on Creative Brief, and Brand Stragegy. Skilled leader of tactical brainstorming.
Develops product knowledge including understanding of product, clinical data, research, marketing plans, competitive marketplace. In addition, they should have a working knowledge of core professional tactics.
Able to prepare SOW documentation for all product jobs, and circulate to the client for appropriate approvals. Tracks budgets regularly, with the understanding that they will be responsible for all monthly billing and product finances.
Significant experience in writing SOWs, POVs, contact reports, and creative/project brief documents, as well as the ability to contribute to strategic documents. Contributes to internal and external meetings with relevant insights, feedback, and probing questions. With input and support from supervisor develops, builds consensus on, and delivers a client ready presentation. Asks questions to ensure clear expectations.
Partners closely with Triad partners to take responsibility for day-to-day workflow. Excels at problemsolving.
