Position Overview:

We’re looking for a Digital Project Manager to join our team. The conductor that makes a project successful, the Digital Project Manager is recognized as an essential role within our agency.

 

Reporting to the Director of Digital Services, you will manage the complete lifecycle of digital projects, from brief through delivery to post-assessment. At this end, you will perform a variety of tasks including creation of scope, budgets and timelines, coordination of team members, project status and reporting. A true problem solver, you will work closely with the Client Services team to provide proactive and optimal solutions, both internally and for our clients. As a key client partner, you will work directly with clients on a daily basis and build long-term relationships.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects concurrently from brief to implementation

  • Inspire team members and clients through leadership and ownership

  • Prepare comprehensive project scopes (deliverables, schedules, budgets, etc.)

  • Develop project estimates and project plans that address tasks such as project strategy, UX, functional and visual design, copywriting and technical requirements, while following established process

  • Liaise with cross-functional team of Account Directors and Executives, Copywriters, Art

  • Directors, Developers and Coordinators to fulfill client requests and expectations

  • Lead and engage in all project activities and presentation of key client deliverables

  • Communicate regularly with clients on all key issues

  • Manage any scope change in collaboration with the Account Services team

  • Manage financial lifecycle, including status reporting, revenue forecasts and invoicing

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of digital expertise in an advertising agency or similar environment
  • Pharmaceutical advertising agency experience is a plus but is not required
  • A true digital leader driven to disrupt status quo in order to continuously create value for both the agency and its clients
  • A proven expert at developing omnichannel strategies leveraging multiple digital touch points
  • A strong expertise in digital technology and programming, including analytics, hosting and deployment as well as quality assurance
  • Extensive experience in leading and overseeing digital projects such as responsive/adaptive websites, mobile applications, social media campaigns, eblasts, online banners and Veeva CRM
  • Strong ability to be forward thinking, flexible, collaborative, and cooperative with a unique blend of strategic creativity and corporate understanding, able to foster positive relationships and interaction with all levels of management
  • Proven track record in delivering accurate financial forecasts, profitability and revenue
  • Extensive knowledge of software and SaaS such as MS Project, Powerpoint/Keynote, Axure, Jira, Litmus, Invision, Mailchimp, web conferencing, etc.
  • Demonstrated track record of serving as a true “trusted advisor” and problem-solver
  • Superior verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Bilingual
