About the role:

 

 

At CDM, our teams work really closely together across departments and with our clients. You will be used to working with accounts, creative and external production to lead the delivery on print, campaign, experiential, and digital projects including emails, banners, apps and microsites.

Key responsibilities:

 

Project Management

  • Managing creative print and digital projects for assigned brands and collaborating with cross functional partners across various groups to deliver client satisfaction.
  • Escalate any/all issues in a timely fashion
  • Maintain and/or support financial health of all assigned projects by analyzing financial and burn reports in order to mitigate risks and keep projects on budget.
  • Interpreting client briefs and requirements and help defining the project requirements
  • Writing project documentation (including but not limited to scope of work, project plan, project timeline, maintenance log and technical documentation).
  • Input on clients’ proposals with regards to ball park figures and timeline
  • Schedule and assign relevant resources to the projects you are managing
  • Prepare/validate project scopes/plans (deliverables, schedules, budgets, assumptions, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain critical business documents related to project/plans, risk mitigation forms and change orders.
  • Conduct internal and, where appropriate, client facing project status meetings in collaboration with account management to inform clients of assigned project schedules, critical milestones and critical dependencies.
  • Support digital projects by coordinating deliverables from internal and external sources, including technology and user experience.
  • Support print projects by coordinating tasks and deliverables including production, graphic services and external vendors as required.
  • Liaising daily with all relevant parties on project status
  • Managing any outsourced development capability
  • Managing the resource and timing plans

 

Skills & Experience:

· Around three (2) years of agency experience across a broad range of print and digital

· Healthcare creative agency background is a plus but not necessary

· Demonstrated track record of delivery

· Experience creating projects in MS Project

· Proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite

· Proactive, critical thinker with strong communication (written, verbal, presentation) skills

· Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
