The Scientific Advisor will be responsible for scientific quality control, within their allocated accounts. In addition, the Scientific Advisor will work closely with other Scientific Advisors and the Medical Director to co-ordinate across teams to achieve exceptional scientific standards across the entire department.

Part of the role will be mentoring and training colleagues, focussing on topics relevant to the account teams you work with, as well as topics that are more broadly relevant to all colleagues concentrating on our industry in a more general sense. As scientific lead, you must be capable of communicating to different audiences – internally or externally to clients. The role will also occasionally involve working with senior members of staff to provide scientific support for new business pitches and proposals.
