Overview: The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for providing comprehensive project scopes, developing project plans, and working to execute digital projects on behalf of the client on time and within budget. 


  • Liaise with cross-functional team of Account Executives, Copywriters, Art Directors, Developers and Coordinators to fulfill client requests and expectations 
  • Develop project estimates and project plans with support of more senior members of the Project Management team as needed 
  • Prepare comprehensive project scopes (deliverables, schedules, budgets, etc.) 
  • Develop and maintain critical issues documents; update and change as needed, communicate changes to the brand team 
  • Conduct project status meetings 
  • Prepare billing and forecast income 
  • Prepare functional specifications with project developers 
  • Provide Clients with all production schedules and critical milestones 
  • Participate in all relevant training courses offered by SSCGU, as assigned 
  • Support team and/or agency initiatives as assigned 


Qualifications and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of interactive project management experience in an advertising agency or similar environment 
  • Pharmaceutical advertising agency experience preferred, not required 
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working on digital projects or digitally focused accounts 
  • Familiar with interactive mediums; websites, banners, kiosks, Tablet PCs, etc. 
  • Solid understanding of Flash 
  • Strong understanding of development technologies and quality assurance process 
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong collaboration skills 
  • Solid presentation skills; able to present ideas to brand teams 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project and Visio
