If you’re a tech-savvy trendsetter who has innovative ideas to improve the customer experience, we would like to meet you. For this position, you should be creative, comfortable working across multiple internal teams and with clients. Responsibilities of the position include:

  • Establish best practices and set digital marketing strategies for our clients
  • Work with Account and Creative teams to provide digital strategic counsel
  • Research products and services to identify new opportunities
  • Analyze and report web & social trends to suggest solutions
  • Keep up to date with audience preferences and proactively suggest new ideas
  • Identify unmet digital needs for our clients and agency
  • Participate and “raise the bar” for active projects while in development
  • Be the “glue” that connects our agency projects to other partners (SEO, media, Medical communications, PR…etc)
  • Co-author annual tactical and strategic plans for clients



  • Energetic--up for building new and exciting digital approaches to brand building
  • Team oriented--rolls sleeves up and works along side team members to problem solve and inspire new ideas
  • Optimistic attitude—sees possibilities when others see problems
  • Client facing--Interested in working directly with clients and guiding new thinking



  • 5+ years of relevant digital marketing experience. Experience in an agency and/or healthcare setting is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge and comfort presenting web, media, social, and brand analytics
  • Hands on experience with architecting a multi-channel campaign
  • Proficient writer and presenter to Sr. level clients
  • Fluent in a variety of software tools to generate insights and recommendations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field
